Whether your goal is to climb Mount Everest or to lose a few inches off your waste, the key to success is a strong commitment to your goals.

By working with Brian, you will receive the motivation, encouragement and confidence to maintain that commitment. Brian believes strongly that fitness is a way of life and he strives to create a healthier lifestyle for everyone around him.

Developing Your Fitness Program:
All programs are custom tailored to meet each individual's needs. After completing the personal profile questionnaire, we will take you through a comprehensive fitness assessment which will include:
1. Body Composition Analysis
(a) Obtaining your current body weight and measurements
(b) Calculating your body fat to lean mass ratio
2. Cardiovascular Assessment
(a) Recording your resting heart rate and blood pressure
3. Physical Assessment
(a) Determining your strength, endurance, flexibility, and range of motion
4. Nutritional Assessment
(a) Calculating your Basal Metabolic Rate
(b) Determining you daily caloric expenditure
There will also be discussion of your fitness and nutritional goals and how to be successful in achieving them. Once your assessment is completed a program will be designed based on your goals and current abilities.
What About Equipment?
We have a full assortment of portable strength and stability equipment that will be brought to your house for one on one training sessions. In many cases it is not necessary for clients to purchase any additional equipment. However, if a client needs or wants to purchase any equipment for their homes we will work to find you what you need at the best possible price. For individuals who already have home training equipment or belong to a gym, a program will be designed to incorporate those added benefits.

Do you dislike the hassle of traveling to the gym, or do you just prefer working out in the privacy of your own home? Perhaps you are a business owner or a condo developer and you would like to offer the benefit of a fitness room in your facility. If so, Total Transformations LLC can help you in designing and creating a fitness room in your home, office, or complex. After meeting with you to discuss your available space, your equipment budget, and what your exercise needs will be, Brian will design your personal gym and work with his contacts to get you your equipment at the best possible price.
